HB 291 -- Pedestrian Injury Accidents

Sponsor:  Wells

This bill specifies that any person who operates a motor vehicle
will be deemed to have given consent to a chemical test or a test
of his or her breath, blood, saliva, or urine in order to
determine the alcohol or drug content of the sample if the person
has been involved in a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian
during daylight hours.
