HB 293 -- Health Insurance for Uninsured Children

This bill requires the Department of Social Services to provide
all public school districts with information about eligibility
criteria and application procedures for the state's health
insurance program for uninsured children.  The districts are to
distribute this information to parents and guardians at the time
of school enrollment.
