HB 305 -- School Superintendents

Currently, the employment of a school superintendent by two
school districts simultaneously is authorized under specified
conditions in the school accreditation regulations.  This bill
allows two or more adjacent school districts to share a
superintendent if at least one of the districts is accredited or
provisionally accredited by the State Board of Education.
