HB 307 -- Child Support for Education Account

Sponsor:  Cunningham

This bill allows either parent to request and the court to order
up to 10% of court-ordered child support payments to be set aside
in a savings or educational account for a child.  If moneys
remain in the account after the child's education is complete,
these funds will be distributed according to the terms of the
child support order.  If there is no provision, funds will revert
to the parent paying child support.
