HB 308 -- Excise Tax on Liquor and Wine

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill phases out over a six-year
period the state sales and use tax on the purchase of food and
replaces the revenue with an increase in the excise tax on wine
and liquor.  All moneys collected will be deposited into the
School District Trust Fund.
