HB 335 -- Driver's License Suspensions

This bill repeals the requirement that the Director of the
Department of Revenue, upon order of the court, suspend the
driver's license of any individual who fails to appear and
dispose of any moving traffic violation charge.

The department is required to remove any driver's license
suspension from the record of any driver who has had his or her
driving privileges suspended prior to August 28, 2009, for
failing to appear on any moving traffic violation.
