HB 341 -- Public School Retirement Systems

This bill authorizes members of the Public School Retirement
System of Missouri (PSRS) and the Public Education Employee
Retirement System of Missouri (PEERS) who have retired and
attained age 75 prior to January 1, 2010, to receive a
supplemental retirement benefit.  Beginning January 1, 2010,
through January 1, 2015, retirees will receive an additional
monthly benefit equal to $5 per month multiplied by their years
of service for PSRS members and $3 per month multiplied by their
years of service for PEERS members.
