HB 390 -- Enrollment of Illegal Aliens in Public Institutions of
Higher Education

This bill prohibits the enrollment of unlawfully present aliens
in any public institution of higher education.  The registrar of
each campus of an institution must annually certify to the
appropriation committees of the General Assembly prior to the
approval of any appropriations that the institution has not
knowingly enrolled any illegal alien.
