HB 403 -- International Parental Child Abduction

This bill allows a court to take certain measures to protect a
child if it determines that there is credible evidence of a
potential risk of international abduction of the child by a
parent.  The bill specifies the measures that the court is
allowed to take as well as the factors it is to consider when
determining whether a potential risk of abduction exists.
