HB 431 -- Extension of Certain County Taxes

Sponsor:  Hobbs

Currently, certain county taxes, upon voter approval, are levied
for a specific period of time and must be extended by another
voter approval.  This bill authorizes counties to use ballot
language which indicates that the tax is an extension of an
existing tax and not a new tax.
