HB 445 -- Tracking of Sexual Offenders

This bill requires the Geographic Resources Center at the
University of Missouri to identify, by utilization of geographic
information system technology, any registered sexual offender who
has a registered residency address that is in violation of the
statute which prohibits residing within 1,000 feet of a school or
child care facility and to provide the State Highway Patrol with
an annual study that includes the name of the person and his or
her address for distribution to all state law enforcement
agencies.
