HB 479 -- State Adequacy Target for State School Aid

This bill specifies that the actual state adequacy target for
each subsequent two-year period, after its calculation in Fiscal
Year 2010, will be the greater of the amount that is based on the
expenditures in performance districts, as provided by law, or the
current target amount multiplied by one plus the federal Consumer
Price Index percentage growth in the third and fourth previous
years.
