HB 532 -- Child Abuse Report Immunity

This bill gives immunity from any civil or criminal liability to
any person who reports a case of suspected child abuse, neglect,
or assault to the proper authorities of a medical institution,
school facility, or public or private agency including liability
for any action taken by the institution, facility, or agency as a
result of the report.
