HB 538 -- Deferred Prosecution Agreements

This bill grants immunity to any county, city, person,
organization, or agency or any of their employees against suits
brought by an individual who was engaged in uncompensated work or
community service for the county, city, person, organization, or
agency as part of a deferred prosecution agreement between the
individual and any federal, state, or local prosecutor.  This
immunity does not apply to intentional torts or acts of gross
negligence.
