HB 573 -- Withdrawal from Special Road Districts

This bill establishes a procedure for the City of Lake Ozark,
upon voter approval, to withdraw from a certain special road
district and to establish a new road district wholly within its
city limits.  The bill also authorizes the issue of a road
district tax to be placed on the same ballot as the withdrawal
and formation of the new road district.
