HB 600 -- Circuit Court Judges

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill authorizes one additional
circuit judge position in the 38th Judicial Circuit.  The judge
who sits on December 31, 2009, will be the circuit judge in
Christian County in division one beginning January 1, 2010, until
his or her term ends or a successor is elected and qualified.
The circuit judge in Taney County in division two will be elected
in 2010.
