HB 611 -- Health Insurance for Adopted Children

Sponsor:  Oxford

This bill requires all health carriers or health benefit plans,
except Missouri Medicaid plans, which are issued, delivered,
continued, or renewed to a Missouri resident after December 31,
2009, to include coverage for adopted children on the same basis
as other dependents of the enrollee.
