HB 613 -- Voting by Members of the Armed Forces

This bill requires the Secretary of State to establish and
implement a secure and confidential system for allowing members
of the armed forces, their spouses, and dependents to vote using
the Internet.  The program is exempt from the general
requirements for automated voting systems in Chapter 115, RSMo.
