HB 627 -- Missouri Returning Heroes' Education Act

Currently, the Missouri Returning Heroes' Education Act applies
to veterans of armed combat who served after September 11, 2001.
This bill removes the date allowing combat veterans serving prior
to September 11, 2001, to be eligible for the scholarship program
established in the act.
