HB 670 -- Voting by Federal Service Employees

Currently, any person in federal service is allowed to vote, even
if not registered, by absentee ballot or in person in elections
for presidential and vice presidential electors and United States
senators and representatives upon submitting an affidavit.  This
bill allows these individuals to vote in any election if they
submit an affidavit.
