HB 723 -- Forensic Examinations and Medical Treatment of Sexual
Offense Victims

This bill changes the laws regarding the payment of any charges
for forensic examinations and the medical treatment of victims of
sexual offenses.  If there has been no compensation from the
Department of Health and Senior Services, the bill allows the
medical provider to seek reimbursement for these services from a
third-party payer.
