HB 736 -- Emergency Call Location Information Sponsor: Pollock This bill requires a telecommunications company to provide call location information concerning the user of the service, including a wireless telecommunications service, in an emergency situation when the company reasonably believes a crime is about to be committed, is being committed, or has been committed involving injury or threat of injury. The company must provide the information to: (1) A public safety answering point including emergency medical service or dispatch providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and fire service; or (2) Providers of information or database management services solely for assisting in the delivery of emergency services.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
