HB 738 -- Missouri Returning Heroes' Education Act

Currently, the Missouri Returning Heroes' Education Act applies
to veterans of armed combat who served after September 11, 2001,
and were Missouri residents when first entering the military.
This bill also allows eligibility for the scholarship program
established in the act to veterans who meet the university's
requirements for Missouri residency.
