HB 743 -- Department of Revenue Fee Office Contracts

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
award fee office contracts through a competitive bidding process
with the right of first refusal given to 501(c)(3) organizations
that operate on behalf of a public school district or a coalition
of public school districts.
