HB 753 -- Landlord Tenant Foreclosure Notices

This bill requires a landlord whose property is subject to
foreclosure to notify the tenant in writing within 90 days of the
foreclosure being filed.  If the property is subject to a
foreclosure action at the time the landlord is entering into a
rental agreement with a tenant, the landlord must include the
written notice of foreclosure in the rental agreement.  A
landlord must also provide each tenant of the property subject to
foreclosure with a written notice of the date, time, and place of
the sale of the foreclosed property at least 90 days before the
date of the sale.
