HB 754 -- Assaulting an Athletic Official

This bill creates the crime of assaulting an athletic official if
a person commits a misdemeanor assault on an athletic official in
connection with an athletic event with the intent to do bodily
harm and without justifiable or excusable cause.  Anyone
committing the crime will be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
