HB 772 -- Election Ballots

This bill establishes procedures for election officials to list
candidates for statewide office or state senator or
representative in varying order on the ballot.  Each candidate
must be listed in as many different positions on the ballot as
there are candidates for an office.  The Secretary of State will
establish procedures for counting votes when electronic voting is
used for these ballots, and any increased costs for printing the
ballots will be paid by the state.
