HB 773 -- Missouri Homestead Preservation Act

This bill changes the laws regarding the Missouri Homestead
Preservation Act.  The bill specifies that for an application for
a homestead exemption filed on or after January 1, 2009, the
limit will be based on the increase to tax liability from the
base year to the year immediately prior to the application
instead of from two years prior to the application to the year
immediately prior to the application.
