HB 781 -- Property Reassessment after a Disaster

This bill requires the immediate reassessment of real or personal
property that has a significantly reduced true value in money
because of a fire, natural disaster, or any other similar event.
The taxes due must be prorated based on the taxes imposed on the
property before and after the destruction of the property.
