HB 787 -- Administrative Rulemaking

Currently, rules established by the Labor and Industrial
Relations Commission within the Department of Labor and
Industrial Relations are not subject to review and comment by the
Committee on Administrative Rules pursuant to the administrative
rulemaking procedures in Chapter 536, RSMo.  This bill removes
that exemption.
