HB 788 -- Distribution of County Sales Tax Funds

Currently, cities of a county are divided into two groups, Group
A and Group B, for the purpose of distributing the county sales
tax; and once a city becomes part of Group B, it cannot revert
back to Group A.  This bill allows the City of St. Ann to revert
back to a Group A city when it sends, by registered mail, a
certified copy of the ordinance transferring the city from one
group to the other to the Department of Revenue.
