HB 791 -- Possession of a Controlled Substance

This bill specifies that any person who is in possession of less
than 35 grams of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, will also be
required to perform 25 hours of community service for a first
offense and 50 hours of community service for each subsequent
offense as part of his or her punishment.
