HB 792 -- Access Missouri Program

Currently, a student attending a private college or university
receives a higher financial assistance award under the Access
Missouri Program than a student attending a public college or
university.  Beginning with the 2010-2011 academic year, this
bill makes the maximum award for both private and public
four-year institutions $2,850 and the minimum $1,500.
