HB 800 -- Assessed Valuation Freeze on Real and Personal Property

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill freezes the assessed
valuation on real and personal property for two years.  If the
true value in money of real property decreases, the value will be
reduced.  Any personal property replacement will be valued at the
same assessed value as the property replaced for calendar year
2010 and 2011.
