HB 803 -- Mandate-Free Health Insurance Policies

This bill allows mandate-free health insurance policies and
contracts to be offered in the state.  An insurer that markets,
sells, or issues the mandate-free policy must inform the person
or group to whom the policy or contract is being issued that the
policy is less expensive because it does not include coverage
that other policies are required to include.  An insurer must
also disclose in all sales, promotional, and advertising material
that the policy is a mandate-free health insurance policy or
contract.
