HB 829 -- Joint Venture Financing of Educational Facilities

This bill allows the board of education of any school district to
enter into an agreement with the county or any municipality
wholly or partially located in the school district to acquire,
construct, improve, repair, or finance sites, buildings,
facilities, furnishings, and equipment for the district's
educational purposes.  Options for districts to obtain ownership
of the facilities, including joint ventures, are specified.
