HB 846 -- Well Installation Contractor Permits

This bill allows any person holding a valid license, certificate,
registration, or permit to install wells and pumps from another
state or territory of the United States, having substantially the
same requirements as this state, to receive a permit to engage in
that business in Missouri upon application to the Division of
Geology and Land Survey within the Department of Natural
Resources and payment of the appropriate fee.
