HB 869 -- Credit Card Solicitation on College Campuses

This bill specifies that it is unlawful for credit card issuers
to recruit potential student cardholders or customers on the
campus of any institution of higher education in this state,
unless the solicitation occurs by a bank or credit union located
on the campus and the solicitation is made within its office.
