HB 881 -- Public Utilities in Platte City

This bill authorizes Platte City to be the exclusive provider of
all public utilities, including water, electric, gas, and
sanitary sewer service to all areas within the city if the
utility service is not already being provided by the state or
another political subdivision, including a common sewer district
established under Chapter 204, RSMo.
