HB 884 -- Charitable Solicitations by Public Safety Officers

This bill requires the governing body of a municipality or
county, upon application, to authorize organizations of public
safety officers, including law enforcement officers and
firefighters, to stand in a road within their public safety
service area to solicit charitable contributions under certain
conditions.
