HB 932 -- Workers' Compensation

This bill specifies that if an employee is seriously and
permanently disfigured near the head or neck and the
disfigurement is a hindrance to employment, the Division
of Workers' Compensation or the Labor and Industrial Relations
Commission within the Department of Labor and Industrial
Relations may allow additional compensation up to 40 weeks.
