HB 974 -- St. Louis City Police Force

This bill specifies that the officers of the St. Louis City
police force must include one chief of police with the rank of
colonel, up to five lieutenant colonels, and other ranks and
number of members within the ranks as the St. Louis City Board of
Police Commissioners deems necessary.
