HB 975 -- County Planning Commissions

This bill allows a county commission, as an alternative to
establishing a county planning commission under the alternative
county planning and zoning laws, to appoint or replace an
existing county planning commission with a commission consisting
of the county highway engineer and nine residents of the
unincorporated areas of the county.
