HB 988 -- Certain Felony Sexual Offenses

This bill specifies that any person who is found guilty of or
pleads guilty to a felony sexual offense when the offender is at
least 20 years older than the victim and the victim was 16 years
of age or younger will be guilty of a class B felony unless a
greater penalty is already provided for in statute.
