HB 990 -- Unlawful Use of a Weapon

This bill expands the crime of unlawful use of a weapon to
include knowingly possessing a quantity of illegal drugs
sufficient for a felony conviction under the laws of Missouri
while also in possession of a firearm.  Knowledge of the amount
of drugs possessed will not be necessary for a conviction under
these provisions.
