HB 993 -- Nonresident Pupil Tuition for Certain School Districts

Currently, the Blue Springs School District requires nonresident
teachers or employees whose children attend the Blue Springs
school system to pay nonresident tuition.  This bill removes Blue
Springs from this provision and adds the Lee's Summit School
District.
