HJR 12 -- Compensation of Certain Public Officials

Sponsor:  Yates

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
requires, beginning no later than December 1, 2012, the Missouri
Citizens' Commission on Compensation for Elected Officials to
file a schedule of compensation for all elected state officials
and judges, except municipal judges, and a separate schedule for
all members of the General Assembly.
