HB 238 -- ANNUAL JUDICIAL REPORTS (Jones, 89)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Judiciary

This bill allows the required annual report of the Judicial
Finance Commission to be combined with any other annual report
prepared by the Missouri Supreme Court or the Office of State
Courts Administrator if it is distributed to the required
parties.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2010, FY 2011, and
FY 2012.
