HB 255 -- STATE RECORDS COMMISSION (Scharnhorst)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Corrections and Public
Institutions

This bill removes the Director of the Forms Management Unit as a
voting member of the State Records Commission and replaces him or
her with the Commissioner of the Office of Administration or his
or her authorized representative.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2010, FY 2011, and
FY 2012.
