HB 811 -- DIETITIANS (Wasson)

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Special Committee on Professional Registration
and Licensing

This bill requires an applicant for licensure as a dietitian to
possess a current registration with the Commission on Dietetic
Registration, the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic
Association.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2010, FY 2011, and
FY 2012.
